Anxiety, depression, sadness, and stress can feel overwhelming, consuming, and hopeless. I work with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, adjusting to life changes, and individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse. I also work with people who've come to therapy for the first time and are new to the therapy world. As a woman who is Alaskan Native and Pacific Islander, I understand how intersectionality impacts us and bring that into the therapy room. I am passionate about working with BIPOC folks and other marginalized communities.
