My work is guided by evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies, including IFS and EMDR, along with mindfulness and breath practices. There are moments when life events unsettle our sense of stability and direction. We may find ourselves stuck in old patterns of self-criticism or self-doubt, leaving us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves and others. We may simply feel discouraged and depleted by life stressors. You are not alone. My passion is working with individuals during times of transition: into adulthood, relationship emergence or break up, grief and loss or starting a new pathway in life. It is during these times we may feel the most vulnerable and in that vulnerability where profound healing and growth can occur.
