For adolescents and adults, I use evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EMDR for trauma processing, and IFS to explore and heal internal struggles. I work with individuals ages 15 and older, focusing on those navigating trauma, attachment issues, and life challenges. In our sessions, I aim to build a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in trust, empathy, and collaboration. Together, we will identify your strengths, values, and goals, empowering you to take an active role in your healing process.
