I am certified in Trauma Therapy, and have received training in several different approaches to trauma, including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (Level 1). Counseling is an opportunity to work on the things in life that are causing you problems or keeping you from achieving your goals. This may be due to current life stressors, grief and loss, relationship issues, recent changes, or may be issues related to anxiety, depression or trauma. My goal is to help you remove the obstacles that prevent you from being the best version of yourself. I would be honored to work together to help you to heal from and overcome the experiences in your life that are affecting you most.
