I work with adults and teens who are healing past trauma, loss, and navigating life changes and transitions - be it career shifts, loss, or relationships. My clients may have felt previously emotionally stuck in the past, disconnected, and seeking a deeper meaning of self. I work with my clients as a team to assure that they don't feel alone, and can successfully work through what may feel overwhelming. I help individuals reclaim a sense of safety, clarity, and connection through a holistic approach that honors one's unique history and growth. My work is rooted in compassion, collaboration and the belief that healing is possible.
