As someone with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples in the Portland area, I am driven to see people succeed while offering my support. I believe the way we think about ourselves and the world around us heavily impacts the way we react and show up in our lives and our relationships. From trauma to lack of access to resources, or from unmet needs to mental health diagnoses, our perception of the world and ourselves can blind us or set us off track. I am genuinely intrigued by the story each person brings and how those stories have shaped the person that they are.
