I am passionate about helping individuals navigate new challenges, past traumas, major life changes, and everyday struggles. I focus on trauma, anxiety, and ADHD and enjoy supporting athletes, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I take a holistic, collaborative approach to therapy.
