I feel that therapy is a space for fostering connections. My approach is rooted in the belief that each individual possesses an inner wisdom that shapes their journey. I have a background in assisting clients dealing with complex trauma, crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My particular focus is on survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
