Hi, my name is Jen and I'm delighted you're here! I am a telehealth therapist who works with teens, college students, and young adult women in Utah and Oregon. I love helping my clients discover empowerment and authentic self expression while navigating the complexities of being a teen or young adult. If you are navigating disordered eating, adoption (I'm adopted as well), identity conflicts, life transitions, or trauma, I would love to work with you. I also work with high performance athletes balancing a busy life. As a therapist, I firmly believe in honoring your lived experience with compassion, kindness, and unwavering support.
