We work together to develop healthy ways to manage our emotional life, identify strengths which can support self-confidence and motivation, and learn to trust we are worthy of the love and connection we want in our relationships. My goal is to support you and your teen identify and minimize self-limiting patterns that no longer work, while accessing and encouraging innate strengths and resilience. My approach is based on respect and compassion, while drawing on tools of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, family systems, adolescent development and other evidence-based practices.
