I assist adults and couples with psycho-spiritual practices, relationships, parenting, life transitions, anxiety/depression, and loss. My practice is oriented toward psychological and spiritual integration. Through a combination of mindfulness, somatic and systems therapies, clients develop deeper relationship with all aspects of themself. Together, we'll help you access more Love and appreciation for parts of yourself you may judge harshly; and look for guidance from the Wisdom that you already embody.
