I love working with couples, individuals and families and employ a strong attachment-based approach while also specializing in trauma-reduction therapies like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR to help address old wounds that fester into current relationships. I specialize in working through trauma with couples and individuals, and I take this work very seriously!
