I specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, bullying, and emotional regulation challenges. I use play-based and strengths-oriented approaches to help young clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
In addition to my work with younger populations, I also support older teens and young adults as they navigate pivotal life transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment, helping clients build resilience, gain clarity, and develop tools to thrive during these transformative years.
