As a social worker, my focus is on the "big picture" — including environment, past experiences, and future expectations. I assist clients in coping with life transitions, managing anxiety, depression, attention deficit, sleeplessness, chronic health conditions, caregiver role strain, or accommodating a traumatic loss. Together, we can help you find more fulfilling work and relationships.
I am licensed and provide tele-visits to anyone in Arizona and Oregon. I sometimes offer in-person appointments if desired.
