I have an interest in neurodivergent experiences, particularly ADHD across the lifespan and genders. I offer practical, insight-based strategies for executive function challenges, emotional dysregulation, and rejection sensitivity. My trauma work—especially with complex PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and dissociative disorders—is grounded in a thoughtful, integrative approach tailored to each person’s unique life history and inner world. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
