I use a person-centered approach to therapy. This means that I believe people are resourceful, capable of self-understanding, and are able to make the changes that they desire. By building a relationship based on respect, genuineness, and empathetic understanding I strive to create an environment where clients can work towards the growth and change they desire as I offer encouragement, support and constructive feedback along the way.
