I am a licensed mental health therapist in Oregon and Washington. I specialize in working with adults with eating disorders, disordered eating, and negative body image, providing individual therapy to adults age 18+. I also have extensive experience helping individuals with suicidal ideation, grief, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, women’s issues (perimenopause/menopause), postpartum, parenting, and life transitions.
My previous work experience is in community mental health, where I worked with the underinsured and homeless populations, providing individual therapy and facilitating a grief and loss group.
