With a focus on a person-centered approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore and understand the underlying causes of their depression, anxiety, trauma, and feelings of being "stuck" in life. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in each person's ability to heal and grow. I believe that our past influences our present, but does not have to dictate our future.
