I have worked in the field of psychotherapy for over 20 years. I love supporting people in their journey of self-exploration. We all have so many aspects of ourselves and helping others to unearth these aspects, reflect upon them, and make positive changes gives me great joy. This may include working on family of origin dynamics to mental health symptoms to wanting to make changes with your relationship to substances.
