I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my practice. I work with individuals experiencing trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also work with couples who are having relational conflict. Perhaps you’ve tried to manage these feelings on your own, but they keep impacting your life, relationships, and peace of mind. Whether you’re an adult, teen, or part of a couple, I’m here to support you on the path to healing. I am also a Marine Corps veteran and deeply passionate about working with veterans and first responders.
