I value providing a safe and nonjudgmental virtual space where my clients feel supported while gaining insight and understanding about their thoughts, feelings, and personal histories. My therapy approach is flexible, creative, supportive, and often mindfulness-based. I believe that practicing mindfulness and acceptance of your thoughts and feelings can help you achieve meaningful goals and lead a valued life.
