I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents navigating life transitions—chapters of change that ask us to reimagine who we are. My work often centers on experiences of grief and identity, including how we hold what’s been lost and how we rediscover ourselves in what comes next. In our work together, we explore the stories that shape you, reflect on old patterns, and use conversation or creative expression to deepen understanding. LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and neurodivergent clients are warmly welcome.
