As a counselor I strive for a calm, compassionate, empathetic and authentic energy. I take an existential-humanistic approach with an anti-racist, social justice and holistic lens which means I see the client being the expert on their own life and I am there alongside them in their journey. Life is hard, messy and sometimes even chaotic. I strongly believe that everyone has the capacity within themselves to see hope again when it was once lost. Whether you're going through a bout of depression, heightened anxiety, need a different perspective, or just want to make a change; you are not alone in your journey and I’m here to help.
