There is hope! Things can be better... I like to begin with an idea of how things might be improved in a client's life, if the identified problems were addressed. Together, we will find paths to healing. My pragmatic, nurturing approach seems to help clients who are struggling with feelings of being overwhelmed or just plain stuck. I believe that my clients deserve to be heard and participate actively in their therapeutic process to facilitate great change.
