I enjoy my work with the LGBTQ+ community, folks in all types of relationships, & am an avid practitioner of EMDR. Talk, Inc. approaches counseling from a strengths-based & solution-focused perspectives to support you in identifying, developing, & achieving your goals. I believe that you know yourself best, you are the expert in your own life, and you have the ability to feel healthy, happy, & whole. Sometimes we all need a sounding board, a place to process, or a person to listen while we sort through life events, changes, or times when we're not feeling our best.
