I work with women, couples, and families navigating big life transitions, helping them reclaim their aliveness and unique expression. I am a Somatic Arts Therapist, Rites of Passage Guide, and Rewilding Mentor. Sessions provide a space to navigate profound shifts, reconnect with your body, emotions, and community, and explore what may be holding you back from embodying your wholeness. Using art, somatic practices, parts work, ritual, and earth connection, we work together to deepen your understanding and embodiment of self.
