I believe therapy is a collaborative process of growth and exploration. Taking the step to begin therapy can be challenging, but I am here to support you wherever you are in your journey. It is important to me to make my clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I am passionate about working with adults ages 20-65 who are experiencing a variety of stressors and mental health conditions.
