The pathways to healing that I offer include EMDR, mind-body psychotherapies, equine assisted psychotherapy, solution focused, somatic awareness, and nature based counseling. I believe that we all have an innate drive toward health and healing and counseling can be a good place to start. My focus is on helping people heal from intergenerational and relational trauma, work and family related stress, social anxiety, depression, grief and loss and navigating difficult life transitions so they can regain a vibrant and vital connection with themselves and those they love.
