I am an EMDR therapist (basic training) and I utilize tools and perspectives from a variety of other therapeutic approaches including IFS, Somatic, Narrative, and Gestalt. I bring logical and artistic strengths to the field of counseling while honoring the personal growth path that resonates with each individual. As a professional musician for over twenty years, I understand the value of actively listening to others, and know there are many paths to creating beauty and meaning. I seek to build an environment that empowers individuals to find therapies that resonate with their own strengths, comforts, and emotional needs.
