Through clear and compassionate inquiry, my focus is to support clients to learn to meet themselves where they are and to build on the skills and talents s/he possesses. Counseling supports/interventions are designed to remove barriers (e.g., limiting beliefs, conditioning) that block one from being empowered to make changes and live to the fullest capacity. Family/Couple counseling centers on encouraging each person to be aware of their own pre-sets & ego-mind expectations, and take personal responsibility for their emotional well-being/choices.
