I specialize in working with people who experience overwhelming sadness, ongoing isolation, fractured relationships, mild to severe anxiety or have chronic stress. These clients want to develop a healthier outlook, find fulfillment & create deeper connections with self and others. Clients that find my approach the most effective and life changing are those working through loss, daily stressors, loneliness, anxiety, depression and transitions in life. I became a therapist because I believe all people should feel heard, be understood and find hope, even in the most challenging situation without facing the struggle alone.
