Life and relationships can feel overwhelming, whether you're a teen figuring things out or an adult feeling stuck or disconnected. I'm here to support you as you move through those challenges towards healing, human connection, and personal growth.
I'm EMDR-certified, informed in (IFS), and fluent in English and Spanish. I draw from CBT, DBT and guided visualization to support healing from trauma, manage anxiety, and build healthier ways of coping. I provide a warm culturally sensitive space where you can explore what’s getting in the way and create space for clarity and feel peace and compassion.
