I am licensed in both Oregon and Washington State and have a wealth of experience in trauma focused therapies like EMDR, CPT, CBT, Systemic Therapies and identity affirming therapies. You’re smart, sensitive, and people think you have your life mostly together — but inside you’re anxious, overthinking everything, or feeling stuck in old trauma wounds that won’t let go. You care deeply about people, but relationships feel confusing. You want connection, but vulnerability feels risky. And honestly? You want to actually like yourself, not just “function.”
