I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and identity challenges—whether you’re neurodivergent, an ADHD-er, Asian, South Asian, biracial, bi-cultural, multicultural, a person of color, or a child of immigrants. I’m here to help you through life transitions, heal from trauma, and find your path to self-discovery. As an Asian American therapist, I understand the cultural nuances, family dynamics, and societal pressures that can influence mental health. Therapy can feel vulnerable, but my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
