Sexual struggles can be overwhelming and isolating. I'm aware of how societal messages can intersect and make things even more challenging. Men are often told to be “sexual performers” in the bedroom, adding to anxiety and overwhelm. I also know what it is like to overcome shame and guilt, having grown up in a religious environment that had very specific rules and boundaries around sex while simultaneously not allowing you to talk about it. I have a passion for helping people navigate their sexual challenges with compassion and curiosity, out-of-control sexual behaviors, or differences in desire as a couple.
