I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate the journey to parenthood and the stress of early family formation, so that they can best support their little ones. I enjoy helping couples and families overcome relational conflict by increasing authentic communication and understanding. I support children and families with navigating challenging behaviors, childhood trauma, understanding neurodivergence, and building a child and parent's confidence and connection.
