Calling all "imperfect perfectionists" in need of some relief! As a recovering perfectionist myself, I know first-hand how much distress we can create in our own lives. We hold ourselves to high (sometimes impossible) standards and often feel we are falling short. Anxiety and depression can follow - along with feelings of shame and guilt that we aren't as "good" or happy as we should be. It doesn't have to be so hard!
