I work with clients who struggle with a number of issues including relationships, work, family, etc... I specialize in treating/diagnosing ADHD, trauma, and anxiety, but can work with many other issues. I am compassionate, curious, trauma-informed and social justice oriented. I approach sessions in a warm, interactive, collaborative and individualized way. It is my goal to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment to explore and process the things that are impacting you in your daily life. By developing a strong therapeutic relationship we will find what works best.
