I use a trauma-informed, relational psychodynamic approach, integrating somatic work, DBT, and EMDR to tailor treatment to your needs. As a woman of color, I provide a supportive, culturally responsive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Grounded in relational therapy, I view the therapeutic relationship as a central space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Together, we explore past experiences, emotional patterns, and relational dynamics, using connection, attunement, and empathy to foster insight, strengthen resilience, process difficult emotions, and develop practical tools.
