I have a small private therapy and coaching practice. Some of my clinical areas of specialization include anxiety disorders, child/adolescent development, parenting, relationships, and food allergies. I often work with individuals who are highly sensitive, gifted, and/or high-performing. I will work collaboratively and compassionately with you to identify unhelpful patterns and develop new skills aimed at building a fuller and more meaningful life.
