I support clients who find themselves asking the big questions; “am I good enough?” “am I lovable?” “who will be there for me?” and I assist them in slowing down to discover where these questions are coming from and how to meet their needs with care and compassion. My clients are couples looking to find one another again in the midst of conflict and strengthen their connection, individuals who are searching for a greater sense of security, safety, and belonging within themselves and others, and relational systems working toward intentional ways to be present and attuned with their own body, relationships, and their environment.
