Much of contemporary mental health remains symptom focused & reductionistic. While often helpful for stabilization, it does not fully account for the relational, systemic, embodied, & spiritual dimensions that shape human development. My work expands beyond symptom relief into root level integration so you can live with greater self trust, clarity, & integrity.
