I draw upon approaches that integrate trauma-informed care, attention to intersecting identities, and are rooted in multiple evidenced-based treatments: humanistic-existential, ACT, compassion-focused, EMDR, somatic, interpersonal, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
