I believe all of us inherently have what we need to heal, change, and grow when provided the right conditions. I specialize in trauma treatment, particularly complex, developmental, and family trauma. Some of my other specialty areas include the LGBTQ+ community, relationship issues, men’s issues, identity, graduate students, perfectionism, codependency, living in recovery, and family concerns, including adult children of alcoholic or dysfunctional families.
