I help individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful relationship patterns—cycles of disconnection, shutdown, anxiety, or conflict that don’t seem to change no matter how hard they try. With a PhD in Communication and a Masters in Counseling, I bring together the science of human connection with an attachment-based, emotionally attuned approach to coaching.
My work is grounded in attachment science, helping clients understand why they react the way they do and how those patterns were learned. Together, we explore what your attachment system has come to expect and create new experiences for more secure connecting.
