About
The focus of my practice is to support clients in their relationships with others and with themselves; to work through grief and loss, including suicide death or pet loss; to manage life transitions in ways that bring transformation and growth, especially for people age 50-plus. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe place for clients to work through problems, discover their strengths, and find hope for healing and change. It takes courage to reach out and seek support when you acknowledge that what you are doing on your own doesn't seem to be working.
