I specialize in working with women across the lifespan, with a focus on women’s mental health and the emotional impact of hormonal shifts. I support women navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, pregnancy loss, birth-related concerns. I also work with infertility, perimenopause, PMS, menopause. I work with women managing chronic illness and autoimmune conditions, which affects women more frequently. I use an integrative,mind-body approach considers how hormones, physical health, stress, and life transitions affect emotional well-being. I offer a warm, collaborative space to address women-specific concerns.
