Deciding to go to therapy is a brave and vulnerable decision. My goal is to provide a safe collaborative space to provide you with support. I believe that our need to belong and have healthy relationships is fundamental to the human experience. Often times we do not feel seen or valued for who we are or what we have gone through. I want to guide people to explore their authentic selves. Through a safe and transparent therapeutic relationship, we can unpack personal experiences and understand how they shape the present.
