I currently utilize an array of techniques including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and therapeutic play. Hello, I'm excited to be able to offer personalized therapy by using an eclectic approach to meet your needs. I have a great passion to work with those who have experienced difficulties, traumas, or any experience that has left you feeling out of control. I have had the pleasure to work with children ages 3+, adolescents, and adults. I am a staunch supporter of providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care as well as trauma informed care.
