We, as humans, are presented with major life choices and trials. I met mine early in life as a combat veteran in the U.S. Army. I've found that if we draw on our unique strengths and abilities to rise up and meet these challenges, a path for positive change can begin. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in humanistic principles, which means I will work collaboratively with you to explore your unique experiences, emotions, and goals. I respect your autonomy and right to self determination. I will provide a safe, trauma informed, non-judgmental space for you to express yourself as we journey forward towards healing.
